About Me

私は日本の北方で生まれ育ちました。
冬は雪掻きで積もった雪壁が住宅街の道を狭め、待望の春が訪れ、
あっという間に短い夏が過ぎ、秋の紅葉がほっと穏やかな気持ちを運んでくれるようなところです。
あと回転寿司が美味しいところです。

前職は某ホテルで豊かな自然と地域の魅力を伝え、快適な滞在を演出するお仕事でした。
良く言えば地域に根ざして真面目に生きてきましたが、
悪く言えば何かを成し遂げたいと思ったり、負けたくないというような向上心を持ったりせずに生きていました。
そのような中、数年前にソフトウェアエンジニアリングを知りました。

幼き頃はLEGOブロックを積み、物語を妄想するのが好きで一生遊んでいました。
ソフトウェアを作っているとその時と同じ気持ちになります。
ライブラリやコンポーネントをいかに上手に組むか考え、感性やアイディアを自由に表現できるところが好きです。
OSSやWeb標準のエコシステムのおかげで開発ができていますので感謝しています。
これからは新しいサービスを作って地域を超えて楽しんでもらったり、困っている人の役に立ったりすることが目標です。

I was born in the northern part of Japan.
Winter brings snow shoveling, where snowbanks narrow the residential streets. Then comes the long-awaited spring,
followed by a fleeting summer that passes in the blink of an eye. Autumn's foliage brings a sense of calm and peace.
Oh, and the conveyor belt sushi here is delicious.

In my previous job at a hotel, I introduced visitors to the region’s rich natural beauty and helped provide a comfortable stay.
Having lived closely connected to my local community, I began studying software engineering a few years ago—initially out of simple curiosity.

As a child, I loved using my imagination, often building with LEGO blocks and inventing stories.
Developing software feels similar to that state of mind.
I enjoy figuring out how to skillfully assemble libraries and components, and the freedom to create something entirely my own.
Moving forward, I want the things I create as self-expression to be enjoyed beyond my local area and to help people in need.
We are also grateful to be able to develop with the support of OSS and web standards.
We will strive to give back to the industry.
